EveSessionCreationOptions.Stubs Property

Gets fixed declarative tool stubs. Null omits the field; an empty list sends an empty array. Requires eve 0.75.0 or newer and the server's allowToolStubs grant. The server validates JSON Schema constraints and configuration limits.
